While I do my best to make sure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, information may occasionally change. This includes information about services, availability and pricing.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between us or guarantee availability.
Services & Proposals
Social media management packages and pricing are provided through a personalised proposal after I have learned more about your business and what support you need.
Your proposal will explain the services included, pricing and any package-specific terms.
If you decide to work with The Social Stuff, you may also be asked to agree to a separate client agreement before work begins.
Where there is any difference between these website terms and the terms specifically agreed with you in a proposal or client agreement, the terms of that agreement will apply.
Payments
Prices and payment arrangements will be clearly set out in your proposal, invoice or client agreement.
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed before work begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you before additional charges are incurred.
Client Responsibilities
When working together, you may need to provide information, branding, photographs, videos, account access, approvals or other materials needed to deliver the agreed services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content or materials you provide can lawfully be used for the intended purpose.
Deadlines or scheduled content may be affected if required information, materials or approvals are provided late.
Content Approval
Where content approval is included in your service, you will have the opportunity to review content before it is published.
Once content has been approved, The Social Stuff will not normally be responsible for errors or issues that were visible at the time of approval, although I will always do my best to help resolve any problems.
Social Media Platforms
Social media platforms are operated by third parties and are outside the control of The Social Stuff.
Platforms may change their algorithms, features, policies or functionality at any time. Accounts, posts or features may also occasionally experience outages, restrictions or technical issues.
For this reason, I cannot guarantee specific levels of reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries or sales.
Results
I'll always work to create thoughtful, strategic content based on your business and goals, but marketing results can never be guaranteed.
Social media performance can be influenced by many factors outside my control, including your industry, audience, competition, platform changes, advertising activity and wider market conditions.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all original content, designs and materials created by The Social Stuff remain the intellectual property of The Social Stuff until the relevant invoices have been paid in full.
Any intellectual property arrangements specific to your project or package will be explained in your proposal or client agreement.
The Social Stuff branding, website content, graphics and other original material on this website may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Portfolio Use
I may ask to feature work created for clients in The Social Stuff's portfolio, website or social media to showcase examples of my work.
Where confidentiality is required or different arrangements have been agreed, these will be respected.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms, notice periods and any minimum commitment will be clearly explained in your proposal or client agreement before you agree to work with The Social Stuff.
